Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location, perched up on a hill and surrounded by nature. The service was exceptional with room service, housekeeping, a shuttle service, and even a welcome drink. The dining experience offered delightful options, and the facilities were just what I needed for a relaxing stay.
This hotel offers a peaceful stay with a lovely open-air hot spring bath. The rooms are spacious and come with an open air bath, providing a nice view of the surroundings. However, the location requires a bit of a climb up a hill.
I arrived at the hotel to find a stunning view and our bags already delivered to the room. The open-air bath and hot spring bath added a touch of luxury, although there was a slight hill to climb. Service was top-notch with room service and a welcome drink. The location was perfect for visiting Biwanko Valley for skiing, though a bit of a climb up a hill. The dining experience, particularly with Mediterranean dishes, was superb, albeit a bit costly. The facilities were well-equipped, making the stay incredibly relaxing.
